It is active only after it has been assigned to registration at www.lipnocard.cz. Registration to the Lipnocard loyalty club is free.

How do I activate my card?
Quite simply. Just visit www.lipnocard.cz to create a registration account. You will then assign your card to the account, the so-called WTP number – this is the 14-digit number on the back of your card. Click here for more detailed information.

Where can I return the card?
The Lipno.card can be returned at the ticket offices of the Lipno Ski Area and also at the information center. After returning the card, you will receive back a deposit of CZK 100.
Returning the card is not necessary if you go to Lipno repeatedly, in summer and winter. In winter, the Lipno.card serves as a ski pass, you can purchase and upload a skiing tariff from the comfort of your home. For a better price and without waiting at the cash registers.
Returning the card does not mean canceling your account in the Lipno.card program, it remains yours.
